Management of 40+ creative department. Primary responsibilities included digital CRM efforts, app and customer utility solutions for Nikon, US Army and General Mills, as well as DIAGEO brands Captain Morgan Rum, Crown Royal and Smirnoff. Led creative pitch team for The Home Depot new account win, which included CRM communications (email, direct mail), website and concept of an online, proprietary home improvement project management tool.

Launched TEQUILA\ North America with offices in New York and Los Angeles, growing LA from 5 employees to 150. Responsible for integrated digital, direct marketing and promotion solutions in partnership with general agency TBWA\Chiat\Day. Led creative group to become award-winning agency in its own right, while simultaneously building integrated discipline teams with Chiat creatives. Nissan, PlayStation, Infiniti, Pioneer Electronics, Uncle Benʼs Rice, Whiskas, VISA, Principal Financial Group, Sprint, and Lucky Brand Jeans.

Responsible for management of creative staff and supervision of creative product for agency network. Worked with traditional agency partners to provide integrated campaign solutions.  Clients include E*Trade, Disney, EarthLink, Kmart, DirecTV, Palm and Uncle Benʼs Rice.

Supervised creative development for all B2B direct marketing efforts for United States Postal Service.

Served as creative director to help build staff, morale, and redirect goals.  Clients included Ford Motor Company and Gradiente Electronics.

Developed and supervised campaigns for AT&T, at the time Wundermanʼs largest account win ever. Other clients included Columbia House, American Express Corporate Card, AE Platinum Card, AE Optima Card and Gevalia Kaffe.
